Why I Want to Serve

As a practicing attorney for over 30 years, my goal has been to make a positive difference in the lives of those who come to me seeking help. It is my sincere hope that I may continue my service to the people of Bexar County as your 166th District Court Judge.

Nearly 70% of all cases that come before Bexar County District Court judges are family law matters. As an experienced family law attorney, I know that family law cases often involve tension and deep emotional pain. I will bring a sense of calm and reasonableness to the situation, follow the law and approach each case with sensitivity, respect, and fairness.
